Chan Dillon, President
A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Chandler has lived in Nashville since graduating from Vanderbilt University in 1993.  In 2001 he co-founded DillonBrooks, an employee benefit insurance agency, and built it into a thriving company before launching the full service agency, WC Dillon Company, with his wife Kelly in 2007. Chandler has a keen understanding of the nuance and complexity of an employee benefits program and what it takes to be competitive in a difficult marketplace. 

Chandler has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Nashville since 1995, and is a past board member of Safehaven Family Shelter where he continues to volunteer.

Kelly Dillon, Vice President
Kelly is a native of Chicago and a 1994 graduate of the University of Colorado. She was director of training for the Nashville and Memphis offices of Remedy Staffing 1998-2003.  From 2003-2006 Kelly combined staying at home with her children and consulting with various Nashville companies in the areas of training and recruiting. In 2007 Kelly co-founded WC Dillon Company and serves as executive vice-president.

Kelly also provides consulting services as an arts facillatator for local businesses and is an active volunteer and serves on the board of Safehaven Family Shelter.

Jessica Herbert, Sales Director
Jessica grew up in Bowling Green Kentucky and has called Music City her home for 11 years. As a customer relations and sales specialist, Jessica has worked for Vidal Sassoon in New York, as a makeup artist at Private Edition, and a Montessori teacher before bringing her many talents to WC Dillon Company.

Jessica and her husband Johnny have two children Mae and Kate.
